Abstract
Simultaneous colorectal and liver resection (CRLR) for metastatic colorectal cancer offers potential oncological benefit and remains an accepted approach for selected patients with synchronous liver metastases. This study aimed to evaluate perioperative outcomes, complication patterns, and the presence of a surgical learning trend over a 12-year period by two experienced, appropriately trained surgeons.
