AB266. SOH26AB_0065. Hydrodissection of iliotibial band syndrome: a case report
Abstract
Iliotibial band syndrome is a common pain condition affecting the lateral thigh. This condition is characterized by abnormal fibrous tissue formation along the iliotibial band. Hydrodissection is a minimally invasive technique involving the injection of fluid to separate fascial layers and release entrapped nerves and tendons. Its use in Iliotibial band syndrome has not been reported.
