Abstract
Locally advanced breast tumours invading the chest wall pose significant surgical and perioperative challenges. Achieving complete oncological clearance often requires en bloc resection of the breast, chest wall structures, and immediate reconstruction, which necessitates thorough preoperative optimisation and multidisciplinary alignment.
