Day-case shoulder arthroplasty can reduce the duration of hospital stays and improve patient satisfaction. The objective of this prospective case series is to evaluate the perioperative outcomes of patients undergoing total shoulder arthroplasty as a day-case to assess the safety and effectiveness in an Irish public hospital.
